Step 2: Flatworld Selection Process
- Technical Assessment: A multiple-choice quiz evaluates your technical skills and knowledge pertinent to the job. This ensures you have the necessary technical proficiency to succeed in the role.
- Video recording: This is a 6 minute test - you will record yourself on the Flatworld platform and answer 6 situational and personality questions. 1 min per question.
- Personality Assessment: This step helps us gauge your work style and cultural fit. It’s designed to ensure that you align well with the team and company culture.
- CV submission: Someone from Flatworld will reach out to you requesting your CV in English. Make sure you have it up to date.
- Step 3: Client Selection Process (This will vary from client to client)
- Hiring Manager (HM) Interview: This is your first direct interaction with the employing company, focusing on your role-specific skills and professional experiences.
- Technical Interview: Dive deeper into your technical expertise with direct assessments or problem-solving exercises relevant to the role.
- Founder’s Interview: A final discussion with the company’s founders to ensure a mutual fit, covering vision, values, and expectations.
